A Brief Introduction of the Company Founded in 1992, newly built, merged and converted by Guan Huiping's individual investment, Nantong Zhou Yang Hardware Co., Ltd. is an industry and trade integration enterprise, including Tongzhou City Guang Yang Wirerope Factory and Tongzhou City Zhao Yang Wirerope Factory. Among them, Zhou Yang Company belongs to trade enterprise, managing steel materials, wirerope, steel wire of various specifications and other hardwares; Zhao Yang Wirerope Factory mainly rough-machines wire stock, galvanizes semi-manufactures (including external processing), hot-treatments semi-manufactures, and scours & bonderizes materials and semi-manufactures etc; Guang Yang Wirerope Factory mainly fine-processes wire stock, produces finished rope & auxiliary materials (including hemp-core wire, treucher etc).
¡¡¡¡Zhou Yang Company developed and expanded from the leading product-- wirerope. By years of hard work and persistent effort, some experience in production and management has been accumulated; at the same time, the accumulation of primitive capital was finished, with certain production scale and economic strength. The company now boasts a group of scientific research, management, technical backbone and domestically advanced production & detection equipment. The company has the ability to develop the badly needed high & medium grade wirerope products.
At present, the company is able to produce about 3500 tons of wirerope and 1500 tons of galvanized products or so. Meanwhile it can also produce steel strand, spring steel wire etc of various specifications and varieties. Among them, galvanized equipment can not only single-galvanize & hot-dip finished steel wire, semi-manufactures steel for rope making, but also process for external units.

The main production bases:
¡¡¡¡1. Tongzhou City Guang Yang Wirerope Factory covers an area of 11000 square meters, with buildings and corollary equipment of various structures; the building area is 4000 square meters, and so they can fully satisfy the need of production.
The main production equipment: £º 450 type, 350 type, 250 type, 200type, water tank wiredrawing machine; three sets of spooling equipment, 200type, 300type stranding cars; 400type, 500type, 600type rope making cars. In 2000, a large number of equipment was introduced including galvanization steel strand equipment, steel-cored aluminum strand equipment, elevator wirerope equipment, and aerial wirerope equipment etc, which are necessary for enlarging production scale, improving varieties and specifications for Guang Yang Wirerope Factory. Auxiliary production equipment: hemp-core manufacturing room, treucher manufacturing room, hardware maintenance room, matrix mending room etc.
¡¡¡¡2. Tongzhou City Chao Yang Wirerope Factory covers an area of 22000 square meters, mainly engaging in wire stock thick-drawing, hot treatment, hot galvanization, and external processing.
The main production equipment : £º 24 hole hot-treatment stove, single galvanization equipment; 18 hole treatment stove; 560type, 580type, heavy type water tank wiredrawing equipment; 450type, 550type single-wiredrawing equipment (now it is falling into disuse); newly built scouring & bonderizing equipment(the old one has been discarded as useless) ensures the production need & reliable quality; the newly built boiler installation provides much hot water and steam. To protect the environment, under the circumstances of financial strain, the company built new sewage treatment equipment and it can fully treats production sewage up to the national standards.
The main production technological process £º
¡¡¡¡Having detected the purchased raw materials & auxiliary materials, then scour & bonderize them to clean out the surface oil stain & rust stain; arranging thick-drawing specifications according to the production needs. (1) After hot treatmenting, then thin-draw them to make ordinary wirerope, galvanized wirerope, aerial wirerope, elevator wirerope (using hemp-core, etc). After detection, the quality products are put into warehouse by classifications.
¡¡¡¡During the whole production technological process, the Detection Department demands that constant tracking detection is necessary; so that they can grasp if the surface and inner quality of products have come up to the national standards, which ensures the qualification of the final products.
On the part of business management and management, the whole company has passed the spot detection conducted by China Classification Society Quality Authentication Company in July 2000 and the examination & comment of ISO9002 Quality Authentication smoothly; and obtained the pass for stepping into domestic & foreign wirerope markets, which has laid a solid foundation for trade & sales in international markets.
